Well it's been awhile since I updated you all with new pictures. The family and I are doing great! We are expecting a bundle of joy in July and we are all very excited! This pregnancy has had it's ups and downs for me, but me and the baby are hanging in there! I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes early in the pregnancy, but I am doing well controlling it with diet. The fun part is sticking my self with a tiny needle four times a day to check my sugar levels. The last ultra sound said looks like I am carrying a little girl but we need one more just to be sure. I should have another ultra sound coming up in the next week or two. I am still working from home, and very great full to be able to do so. I don't know how I would have handled going in to the office every day with morning sickness. Thank God that part is over. My husband has handled everything very well he goes to every appointment with me and is very supportive. He gets on me a lot about my diet wanting me and the baby to be healthy. I am now about five months. I don't recommend waiting 13 years between pregnancies to any one, but I am happy God has blessed me with another opportunity to be a mother.
Christian has been very busy this year first playing football with the Rantoul Falcons, and school band where he plays the percussion, and now he is running track. Got to keep kids busy. He is doing very well in school getting A's and B's. He has gotten an occasional C on a progress report but he always brings it back up when report cards come out. He is now 13 and a teenager I must say that I am very proud of him. It has taken him a while to warm up to new friends he prefers to spend most of his time around mom. But he has started going to the youth center and school dances. He is most excited about seeing his grandmother in North Dakota this summer they are planning a trip to the Black Hills. I also think he is getting pretty excited about getting a new baby sister. I know he'll be a great big brother.
